We are a local organization with deep roots in the community . <ul><li>Founded in 1983 as Heritage Windsor. </li></ul><ul><li>What we do for our community? </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Promote philanthropy and build connections between donors and community projects. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Make financial grants to a wide range of charities. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Act as a catalyst amongst community organizations. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>How does it work? </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Donations received are held in a permanent endowment. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Income earned on the endowment is used to make grants to local charities. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Donors may set up a fund to address issues that matter most to them. </li></ul></ul>

Objective : to provide a balance between current income and long term capital growth through a diversified portfolio consisting of both income and equity investments. Asset Mix : 50% Bonds, cash and short-term equivalents 50% Equities
