Setting up your GoDaddy domain with Webmium

  1. 1. Setting up your GoDaddy domain with WebmiumUse your current domain with Webmium
  2. 2. Login into your GoDaddy.com account and then click on to the"Domain Management" option
  3. 3. Click on the link of the domain you want to use with Webmium
  4. 4. Click on the link "Launch" under the section "DNS Manager"
  5. 5. In section "CNAME (Alias)", click the "Quick Add" button and add: Host Points to TTL www app.webmium.com 1 Hour 65.52.233.146
  6. 6. In section "A (Host)", click the "Quick Add" button and add: Host Points to TTL @ 65.52.233.146 1 Hour 65.52.233.146
  7. 7. Go to your Webmium "Dashboard", click on the menu option"Domain Management" and then choose "I already have myown domain"
  8. 8. Scroll down to the bottom and write your Domain in the textfield"Domain name", then click on the "Done" button
  9. 9. The DNS propagation might take up to 48 hours (but usually it just takes a couple of hours) this will depend mainly on your registrar (in this example GoDaddy is the registrar) This process can be applied in similar way with other registrars too
