Social media can provide a more friendly face to the library and be in the user's space.   </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>If your institution or organization wants staff to participate in social media as part of your public voice, you need to encourage it at all levels. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Develop and provide guidelines for appropriate social media.
