A case study exploring the process of implementing an LMS for University College Hospitals London NHS Trust, including the benfits and outcomes which the Trust experienced on launch of the new system.

They key objectives of the project were to:

- to improve training/compliance figures
- to ensure staff operating safely and competently
- to achieve this earlier in the induction process
- to give staff flexibility and ownership of their learning

Webanywhere worked collaboratively with the team at UCLH to design and deliver the project to a tight timescale. The full process from initial enquiry, to proof of concept and then final project launch took less than 8 months.

Some of the key benefits of the new Totara solution include; anytime and anywhere access, easy to use with simple navigation, the open source solution gives them more control about the future of the project.
