Commercials <ul><li>Out right sale( 100 % Returnable basis ) </li></ul><ul><li>Investment by the Partner </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Landlord deposit(If applicable) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>4 Months stock (100% stock correction) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Civil/Furniture/fixture/vm/computers/software/other equipments . </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Total investment comes to 2400 – 2700 per sqft. </li></ul></ul>

INVESTMENT BREAKUP - VALUES <ul><li>RENT DEPOSIT (IF ANY) : 200 – 300 PER SQFT.( ASSUMING A 3 MONTH DEPOSIT ) </li></ul><ul><li>INTERIORS : 1000 – 1200 PER SQFT. </li></ul><ul><li>STOCKS : 1200 – 1400 PER SQFT(DEPENDING ON PROJECTED SALES). </li></ul><ul><li>TOTAL INVESTMENT : 2400 – 2700 SQFT. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Commercials <ul><li>Proposal 1 </li></ul><ul><li>25% net Margin from NSV (or) </li></ul><ul><li>Possibility of up to 15% ROI protection by PRPL which ever is higher . ROI assurance is after all expenses. </li></ul><ul><li>Proposal 2 </li></ul><ul><li>UP TO 40% net margin from NSV during non sales period & 25% during sales , with out protection. (Plus 6% annual interest on the investment) </li></ul><ul><li>Proposal 3 </li></ul><ul><li>Company to reimburse total store running expenses plus 7% commission on net sales. </li></ul>

Collections <ul><li>PRPL at any point of time to hold 10 undated signed cheques which will be used for collection. </li></ul><ul><li>PRPL EDC to be installed at the store and monies to come directly into PRPL account </li></ul><ul><li>End of the month outstanding statement based on secondary sales to be circulated by the accounts. </li></ul><ul><li>Cheque in hand will be banked for the outstanding amount and the cheque will be replenished by the Partner </li></ul>

Essentials – Software/Reports <ul><li>Partner will install R Pro at PRPL cost. </li></ul><ul><li>All reports that is in present active in PRPL run stores to be given by the Partner </li></ul><ul><li>Process of Billing/other related activities will be the same as PRPL run stores </li></ul><ul><li>1-4-7-10 and other related reports are a must </li></ul><ul><li>Replenishment on top of model stock to be done based on sale </li></ul>

Essentials – Projects <ul><li>Store Layout will be done by PRPL </li></ul><ul><li>Partner can choose PRPL vendors/others </li></ul><ul><li>The Store BOQ and project costing will be approved by PRPL </li></ul><ul><li>PRPL engineers will monitor the Project </li></ul><ul><li>Pre ops due to any delays due to Reasons beyond PRPL control, will be on account of the Partner. </li></ul>
