H STREET RETAIL PRIORITY GRANT6  H St NE Retail Priority Area Incentive Act of 2010  Act enacted by DC Council  Eligible applicants include retail business engaged in the following:  Groceries  Home Furnishings  Apparel  Books  Art  General Merchandise  Special consideration shall be given to retail with entrepreneurial and innovative retail elements  Total retail space not less than 1,200 square feet
