State of the art website for capturing leads for people who are interested in REO properties. </li></ul><ul><li>Our website generates an average of 5 leads per day or approximately 150 leads per month. </li></ul><ul><li>These leads are made up of two types of people: </li></ul><ul><li>1. Investors looking to purchase REO properties to rent or rehab. </li></ul><ul><li>2. Home buyers who are looking for a primary residence. </li></ul><ul><li>The current percentage has been running approximately 60% investors and 40% primary residence buyers. </li></ul>

Marketing Plan / Website <ul><li>In addition to the posting of your property listings in local MLS and Home database, Craig list, and many other local media in and around the target property, we have the capability of posting listings to the website so that when a potential customer visits they will see your listings as featured properties. </li></ul><ul><li>We also do virtual tours on nearly all properties as needed. </li></ul><ul><li>Exposure to the neighborhood ahead of actual active listing date by Coming Soon signage </li></ul><ul><li>We even go a step further and do bi-weekly open houses in every one of our active listing inventory </li></ul><ul><li>Plenty brochures and photos made available to prospect purchasers </li></ul>
