The Values Dividend: Making What Matters Count by Creating Integrated Value

Weaves together two evolving management trends – rethinking business value and embedding values in business. The approach so far has been to bend values to the will of management systems and to extend financial accounting to incorporate non-financial impacts. Both approaches are flawed, even dangerous. In contrast, integrated value shows how business innovation founded on ‘synergetic values’ results in the creation of significant societal value – financial/economic, but also non-economic/intangible.
