  1. 1. •Units of measurement were among the earliest tools invented by humans. Primitive societies needed rudimentary measures for numerous tasks such as: constructing dwellings of an appropriate size and shape, fashioning clothing, or raw materials. •Length is a measurement of distance or dimension. The two main systems to measure length are the metric and the English system. •We need frequent and repeated opportunities to practice and apply measurement.

Remember to explain him the number of the different routes he can take in each case. Which is the best route and why? Explain your answer (2 routes) in a complete and complex way.
