‘This Is The Life’ Music Video.

Main Concept: To produce a quirky music video that
amplifies the lyrics in the song ‘This Is The Life’ and
represents the indie genre as a whole. The purpose of the
video is to publicise a new and upcoming band.
Target Audience Profile.
Average Age: 14 – 25 years
Gender: Male and Female.
Typical Hobbies: Going to gigs, playing instruments
such as guitar and drums, going to the cinema,
drinking, smoking, driving, painting, writing music etc.
Typical Music Interest: The Kooks, Vampire
Weekend, Good Shoes, Los Campesinos, The
Maccabees, Hot Chip etc.

In our music video we plan to follow Todorov’s
narrative theory with aspects of Goodwin’s theory.
We have some ideas about using mime characters to
push the narrative forward.
