ICT laboratory are provided but Maintenance for those ICT instruments are not enough 4. Not all student get the free netbook, only certain students wiil get the notebook5. CDROM and software are given to teachers but not all teachers know how to use the software
conclusionMany of the issues and challenges associated with ICTs in education. It is generally believed that ICT can empower teachers and learners, making significant contributions to learning and achievement. However, there are pro or cons impact of the use of ICT in education. Although ICT contribute to students and teachers benefit, ICT are generally not considered as central to the teaching and learning process .It is clear that more research needs to be conducted to this issue.
