  3. 3. Successful people have developed successful habits. If you read one book every month about your profession, in ten years you’ll have read 120 books. That puts you in the top 1% of your field.3 Wali Memon
  4. 4. The Successful HABITS Formula 1. Clearly identify your bad or unproductive habits. 2. Define your new successful habit. 3. Create a three-part action plan.4 Wali Memon
  5. 5. You must invest most of your time every week doing what you do best, and let others do what they do best. Focus on those activities you do brilliantly, and from which you produce extraordinary results.5 Wali Memon
  6. 6. Top performers spend very little time on their weaknesses. If you spend too much time on your weaknesses, you’ll end up with a lot of strong weaknesses.6 Wali Memon
  7. 7. Are You A Starter or Finisher? If you are a starter, find a brilliant finisher to handle the details or vice versa. Is what I am doing right now helping me to achieve my goals? Say “No” a lot more.7 Wali Memon

Carry a 3” X 5” card that says, “I’m so happy that I’m on schedule to become a superintendent, etc.. It will become reality for you.30 Wali Memon
  31. 31. Create a dream team of like- minded colleagues who will help make your hopes come true now. Focus on what you do best. Strive to be a leader in your field. Surround yourself with brilliant mentors.31 Wali Memon
