How to Study <ul><li>Plan a regular time to study. </li></ul><ul><li>Choose a desk or table in a quiet place where you will not be distracted. </li></ul><ul><li>Gather all the books, pencils, paper,and other equipment you will need to complete your assignments. </li></ul><ul><li>Decide on a goal. For example: “I will finish reading and taking notes on chapter 1, by 8.00pm.” </li></ul><ul><li>Take a five - ten minute break every hour to keep alert. </li></ul><ul><li>If you start to feel sleepy, take a break and get some fresh air. </li></ul>
