  • Ricks duties as a family worker within this agency are: Making regular visits to the clients homes to: assess the living situations. determine the needs of the family as well as their strengths and weaknesses. Give referral and support as needed Develop plans of action with the families for the best interest of the client as we as the family unit as a whole. Encourages motivation for change and growth in the lives of each individual family member. Counsels family on change and growth Advocates where appropriate for the family. Staff meetings, court, after services. Monitors client home visits and any issues that may arise. Works with staff team to see that treatment.
