  1. 1. Who moved my Cheese ? This book was written by Dr. Spencer Johnson. Published in year 1998. An amazing way to deal with change in your work and in your life.

The StoryThe four imaginary characters depicted in this story are the mice: “SNIFF and SCURRY” and two little people “HEM and HAW”Sometime we act like Sniff: who sniff out change early, or SCURRY: who scurries into action, or HEM: who denies and resists change as he fears it will lead to something worse, or HAW: who learns to adapt in time when he sees changing can lead to something better.

  7. 7. Response Sniff and Scurry found their cheese and enjoyed it. Haw who initially insisted to wait for the cheese to appear, learned from his mistake. He went out to the unknown and found his cheese after long struggle. Hem expecting miracle waited for easy cheese to appear but it never did.
