  4. 4. Introduction Preparing a PowerPoint presentation is not very simple. Even in the academic area students set up their presentations with some unnoticed details which can compromise the whole or some part of the presentation.

Text <ul><li>Use words or phrases instead of sentences and paragraphs. </li></ul><ul><li>No more than two fonts. </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum size 24 pt. </li></ul><ul><li>Just use capital letters when it is necessary. </li></ul><ul><li>Use sans-serif fonts ( Verdana or Arial). </li></ul><ul><li>Check the spelling and grammar! </li></ul>
