Work Experience Oct 2015 to Date Path - Aphiaplus Position: Research Assistant Responsibilities:  Review data in MOH and/or project registers for completeness, accuracy and consistency before transfer in MOH and/or project monthly summary reports.  Assist administer a baseline questionnaire to HCWs and ANC mothers.  Work with facility HCWs, in collaboration with CIC, to capture some data on chlorhexidine use in community.  Ensure chlorhexidine use data captured in mother-baby booklet and primary registers at all facilities on daily and weekly basis.  Review data in MOH and/or project registers for completeness, accuracy and consistency before transfer in MOH and/or project monthly summary reports.  Assist in aggregation and transfer of data in registers to monthly MOH summary reports.  Review data in MOH summary reports completeness, accuracy and consistency before submission to SCHRIOs.  Review program reports to ensure program performance indicators are well understood and accurately documented and reported.  Coordinate monitoring and reporting in my sub counties.  Track performance of health facility in chlorhexidine use on a monthly basis.  Submit monthly reports to chlorhexidine Implementation Coordinator (CIC) showing health facility data performance.  Address queries raised by facility HCWs in collaboration with CIC on chlorhexidine use.  Assist in generation and update of wall charts on chlorhexidine use on a quarterly basis.  Perform any other duties as may be requested from time to time by the supervisors.
