Praktyk – w latach 90-tych ubiegłego wieku pracował w korporacjach TeliaSonera, Hutchison, Tele2 w Państwach Bałtyckich, Skandynawii i Kazachstanie. Obecnie prowadzi międzynarodową działalność doradczą i trenerską w krajach Europy, Azji i WNP. Nie boi się „zwinnych” metodyk (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban), w wręcz przeciwnie – praktycznie ich używa i promuje w środowisku itSMF, IPMA i Agile.
