Positive Attitude was the theme for a session on Human Resource Development, organized by the Advanced Training Institute, Electronic Process Instrumentation, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad. A set of four power point presentations have been used and hence, you are requested to view all the four, if interested. Positive Attitude has great relevance, not only to the job which they are performing, but also to their personal and family lives. Attitude can be better understood in the context of beliefs, values, etc. How attitude influences behaviour and an attitudinal change will influence the ushering of a better behaviour, for the good of all, has been explained. The live recording of the speech, mainly in Hindi and English, can be listened to at : www.archive.org [Please search for Prof. V. Viswanadham and locate the particular item].
