Molecular Modeling

Molecular Modeling or knowledge-based
modeling, develops a three-dimensional
model from a protein sequence based on
the structures of homologous proteins.

                         Skill developed by the students
                         after the Molecular Modeling
                         project

                         • Well knowledge of Biological databases
                         • Bioinformatics tools for structure
                           prediction and validation.

                                                     www.ibri.org.in
