  2. 2. INTRODUCTION •We know about solar cell it is a electronics device which convert sun energy in to electrical energy. •It is a natural device which bethought given any mechanical energy work . So many process which we used to generate energy but it is not pollutants.
  3. 3. WHY WE ARE USED SEMICONDUCTOR So many reasons why we are used semiconductor. If we increases temperature then resistance is decreases. Semiconductor material valence cell electrons are four. According to asthak rule when any element have 8 electron then it is more stable.
  4. 4. WORKING Because of four electron in valence sell they do not give electron of do not take electron with any other elements. Because of this we are doping elements . When penta valent impurity is mixed then it is called n- type material and if we are used trie valent impurity then it is called p-type impurity.

  7. 7. MONOCRYSTALLINE They are made of single si crystal and they give more efficiency because they are made of pure si semiconductor. But they take more money to produce because si is not enough in the earth crust.
  8. 8. Polycrystalline Polycrystalline are made of si and some organic materials and they are mixed to each other. they do not give more efficiency because this is the mixer of two or more materials

  10. 10. PHOTOVOLTAIC EFFECT The generation of voltage across the PN junction in a semiconductor due to the absorption of light radiation is called photovoltaic effect .the devices based on this effect is called photovoltaic device.
