Many non polar compounds contain highly oxidative characteristics that can effect flavor and color of a finished product, especially a clearer, shelf stable application, such as apple juice. Antioxidants are sometimes used, however, have limited effects for shelf stable applications. Virun utilizes perfect micelle manipulation while promoting imperfect angles in order to stabilize Omega-3 from oxidation, therefore, improving Omega-3’s flavor and emulsion stability in clear, aqueous applications. EDTA or other preservatives are not used in OmegaH 2 O®.
