We use to test all the functionality that was enhanced by the Master/Visa association based association rules. Also we use to test Regression pack as well inorder to make sure that new enhancement is not affecting the existing functionality. Project 2: Banking-Cards Domain Application Sawgrass – Customer Service System Client Citi Bank – US North America Role Senior Tester Duration Aug 2010 to Oct 2013 Team size 19 Sawgrass Customer Service System Sawgrass System is also for Credit Card. It is developed for North America Customer Service processing. So Contact Center representatives will handle it. Here our role in UAT Phase. Role / Responsibilities · Analysis the letters from the customer and take appropriate action. · Conducted training on PegaRules and disputes for the new recruit. · Quality review Checks for team mates on a regular basis. · Provided floor assistance to the team members in executing the cases. · Done testing during conversion weekends. · Provided support during conversion of Pega cards system to Pega rules system Tools PegaRules Rumba Mainframe Critical Projects Handled Payment Deferral Credit Balance Refund Account Online Mainframe Applications: Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC): Pega is a web application created by "Pegasus" which was mainly developed for dispute processing. It runs in Java Platform, uses SQL Query as the Query Language and Mainframe as backend. It also interacts with various other applications across platforms like UCSS, Sawgrass, Online Interface, etc., We have tested various modules like AM for A/c Maintenance. Team, ER for Chargeback team, GF for Good Faith Team, etc., in it. Also we have supported platform testing like version upgrade and we have seen (5.0, 5.5, 6.1 & 6.2) Host/AWS/Mainframe Rumba: AWS is a backend application created by IBM.Its also knows as Mainframe or Rumba. It fetches details from database and helps users to gather information on an A/c. or CM. It also verifies data which flows through it like from Pega to AWS and then finally to Association and vice versa. This action reduces any error made by the front end application or front end users.
