The process of installing a new epoxy floor in a wine cellar.

We were asked to match the color
from a piece of leather

2. 30 days after the newly installed concrete floor

4. After patching cracks and holes we begin to apply a first color coat of epoxy

5. With a stone wall in place precision “cutting in” was really necessary

6. We then rolled out the color coat. Notice the patches in the concrete

7. With the first color coat in place the patches are still noticeable

8. To seal and level the floor we applied a clear coat.

9. Once the clear coat hardened we applied the final color

10. Even though the floor had a beautiful reflective quality
The imperfections could still be seen through the clear coat
