  9. 9. • The stricter requirements of the Law on Consumer Credit (Law) came into force since 2016 February 1. • Bank of Lithuania conducted active supervision of consumer credit providers: • 2012–2018 96 sanctions were imposed for the identified violations of the Law; of which 60 fines totaling EUR 517 571 • 2015 December 18 PLC "4Finance", one of the largest consumer credit providers has been removed from the list of public consumer credit lenders for repeated violations of the Law. 9 What did happen in 2016 IH?
