There is always confusion about what is an additive or fuel conditioner. Additives simply add something to the fuel to hopefully increase the lubricity, increase the flash point or extend engine life in one way or another. It is very easy to make these products in liquid form but they become difficult to transport and messy to store and use.
Fuel Stick is not an additive, it is a fuel conditioner blend. It changes the molecular structure of the fuel so it burns evenly. It also increases the octane in gasoline and the cetane in diesel and increases the calorific value of the fuel. The waxy part is a blend of palm extracts taken from the palm seed and it cleans and lubricates the fuel system and compression chambers.
Fuel Stick does not put hard un-dissolved minerals in your fuel tank and hope that they dissolve before they get to the engine. We use only highly refined liquids so there is no chance of any solid particles getting into your engine. The octane booster in Fuel Stick will increase the octane rating by approximately 5-7 points so you can use a lower grade less expensive fuel with Fuel Stick conditioner to achieve the same power and performance you expect from more expensive higher grade fuel.
Fuel Stick contains cleaners to remove varnish from the fuel system and clean the injectors as well as assist to remove carbon from the compression chamber and valves. This cleaning process contributes to a smoother running engine and improved fuel consumption.
Fuel Stick contains a viscoelastic polymer that changes the molecular structure of the fuel to produce more uniform sized molecules. This is done by increasing the surface tension of the fuel to bind the smaller molecules together and produce uniform sized droplets through the injector. If the fuel droplets are a uniform size they will burn at a uniform rate and produce the maximum power. As you can see on the left, the small fuel molecules start to ignite even before the piston is in firing position. This produces knock and severely reduces the power output of the engine. This uneven molecule size produces a short sharp explosion with a subsequent loss of power and efficiency as well as higher exhaust temperatures. The graph on the right represents fuel fortified with fuel stick. The uniform molecule sizes control the burn rate and increase burn time so the fuel is used much more efficiently, producing a complete burn with more power, less emissions and cooler exhaust temperatures.
Fuel Stick is made from 100% renewable ingredients and 80% is organic compounds. It is formulated to quickly dissolve in both petrol and diesel. The following are a series of photographs to show Fuel Stick being dissolved in petrol at 17 ° C with no agitation. Under normal circumstances in a vehicle, the fuel is being circulated through the fuel system so the dissolve speed would be even faster

In this case the Fuel Stick started to break up and disperse within the first few minutes. It may be that this particular piece we used was cracked slightly before we started. It could be possible at this stage for some of these pieces to be picked up by the fuel pump and sent to the fuel supply system. Pieces this size are very soft but they would never get past the vehicle fuel filter. They would lodge in the filter and very quickly dissolve before being sent in liquid form to the injector rail of the engine. Each engine model differs but in most cases 80% or more of the fuel sent to the injector rail returns back to the tank to be re-circulated so the fuel gets mixed very thoroughly.
The small pieces have already dissolved and only the larger ones remain.
There are now only some very small pieces remaining.
The Fuel Stick is completely dissolved now and there is no residue of any kind remaining
These are lab tests from a certified Indian government testing lab. They tested light diesel, heavy diesel, petrol and kerosene and found that all fuel showed marked improvement in quality and calorific value but they all remain within government specified perameters. All these fuel will perform better with Fuel Stick added.
This test conducted by the Indian health department clearly shows the positive effect of using Fuel Stick in the fuel.
These dynamometer tests clearly show the increase in torque when using Fuel Stick. Test 2 also shows there is no decrease in power when using a lower grade fuel. The graph running along the bottom is the vacuum pressure and has nothing to do with our tests.
This government sanctioned test produced an increase in calorific value in both petrol and diesel and reduced the sulfur content of the diesel.
This shows very graphically the effect of the addition of Fuel Stick on the flame shape and burn temperature You can see the flame shape is much more distinct with Fuel Stick which shows that the flame is more condensed and concentrated. The temperature is also much higher with Fuel Stick due to the increase in calorific value. , This same effect is evident in internal combustion engines and heating appliances.
Fuel Stick is very easy to use and is simply inserted into the fuel tank filler just before adding the fuel to the tank Most fuel tanks have a baffle in the tank to prevent fuel from being siphoned out and also to prevent surge in the tank so it is best to put the Fuel Stick in first and then add the petrol to ensure the Fuel Stick gets washed down into the tank The amount of octane booster added to the fuel needs to be controlled so fuel stick is made to easily break into pre-measured sections so even part fills are treated easily and accurately. Fuel stick comes in a block with thirty pre-measured sections. Each section treats 20 litres so the exact amount can be added. The block shown here will treat 600 litres of fuel so each section will treat 20 litres. It is easy and safe to handle and overdosing is not harmful.
Simply estimate the amount of fuel you will put in the tank and insert the required amount of Fuel Sticks in the tank before you fill up. We plan to put 60 litres in the tank so we will break the block in to sections. Each section treats 20 litres so we will put 3 sections in the tank and then add fuel. It is not harmful to overdose the fuel but it also does not improve performance any more than the correct dosage.
Drop the required amount of Fuel Sticks in the tank and add the fuel. Put the remainder of your Fuel Sticks back in the foam pack for safe storage in a cool place in the car. It may take a few kilometers to feel the difference Fuel Stick is making to the performance of the engine but you will soon notice the engine is running smoother and you have more power.
