From time to time, we provide the industry with a sample of the power of WIN Reports powered by Experian Hitwise.<br />Today, Zillow announced a partnership with blogging site, Curbed.com. As a result of the partnership, Zillow will now power property search on the website.   4. 4. Search Terms driving traffic to Curbed.com<br />September 2011 <br />One of the great features of blogs is the ability to engage consumers. Curbed is expert at this.<br />Another excellent feature of blogs is the power of linking and Search Engine Optimization.   5. 5. Upstream and Downstream Visits<br />Curbed.com<br />September 2011 <br />This is perhaps the most telling chart of the Zillow/Curbed relationship. Zillow powers the real estate search at Yahoo Real Estate.<br />20% of the websites visited upstream of Curbed is Yahoo Real Estate.
