  • @John M. Philip I believe it's a mistake in copy writing. There are indeed 6.8 billion cell-phone subscriptions in the world at the moment (http://qz.com/179897/more-people-around-the-world-have-cell-phones-than-ever-had-land-lines), but not that many users.
