  7. • Teachers are well-informed of the definition and scope of Remote Distance Learning. • Teachers perceived some advantages of the adoption of distance learning (intensified home visitation and monitoring activities). • Teachers perceived some disadvantages of the adoption of distance learning during this pandemic (not independent learners or cannot study on their own). • Teachers acquired information about Remote Distance learning through browsing the internet.   8. • Feeling of frustration and worries were the initial reactions of teachers regarding the new learning modality-the distance learning approach. • struggle in their teaching experiences such as printing several modules, checking and no stable connection for teacher. • Teachers recommend and suggest to provide them with trainings and seminars to help them cope with the new learning modality.
  9. • Conduct of trainings and seminars for teachers about flexible learning, educational technology and procedures of using different online platforms and other distance education techniques for continuous learning. • To have a good partnership among the school, local government unit, parents and other stakeholders in order to reach out with students regarding their education. • Educational agencies and other concerned authority must provide help to teachers in terms of provision of things they need for distance education such as the provision of bond papers, printer ink and even printer for printing numbers of modules.
