The new set up should be </li></ul><ul><ul><li>all inclusive and flexible, ie open to any interested resource persons and resource centres within the region </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Regional Financial Dialogue, Manila, May 2006, capacity builders met and agreed </li></ul><ul><ul><li>To rotate the position of SEACAPNET regional Manager </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Malaysia bid for the position and was accepted </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Salmah Zakaria, the Director of NAHRIM (National Hydraulics Research Institute of Malaysia) accepted to facilitate the network as the regional network manager. </li></ul></ul>
