  1. 1.  Introduction in the form of ppts.  We made a 3D map of our region, and filmed it.  Conducted consumer surveys in our own locallities.  Shopkeeper surveys were conducted in malls and local stores. The interviews were filmed.  Awarness was spread in classrooms about the benefits of online shopping and their policies through a ppt.  Data was collated on the basis of surveys in forms of pie charts.
  2. 2. The results:  Both types of shopping were equally favored, due to the difference in age groups, professions, locations, needs and preferences of consumers.  It also depends on the types of offers provided by the producers.
