Shale (sedimentary) <ul><li>The color of the shale is dark gray.
The texture is compacted.
The rock was formated in a river that is in California. </li></ul>
Shale(area,formation) <ul><li>The area that this rock was found was in the left side of an river in  California.
It was very wet and was in a low  temperature.
This rock was broken many times it has hit by other rock on the river and that is how this rock got  formatted.   </li></ul>

  20. 20. The color of the sandstone is red and gray. </li></ul>

  22. 22. Scoria(igneous) This rock is dark colored( orange ,gray). This rock was found in sequoia park in a cool place. It is 1.2 million years old.
