Get the buy-in of all stakeholders in a 3-5 days session. The implementation plan is agreed upon in the session.

All people in the department are taken through the logic of the solution and SOPs are developed in detail. The HOD leads the implementation in his department. When the new processes and management are established, move to the next block of the SnT. Vector’s approach is ‘whatever it takes’ to get changes implemented - resources, modifications in tools, repeated training etc.
