The world is full of stressful people and would not it be nice to teach them how to de-stress in just 5 minutes. Here are some pointers.

5 Minutes to Destress

De-Stress in 5 Minutes <ul><li>     G ive me 5 Minutes of your time.  </li></ul><ul><li>         Here are some of the ways to de-stress   </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>               Fast&quick but still efficient. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>        Some are well known, </li></ul><ul><li>               Some are a little weird. </li></ul><ul><li>  </li></ul><ul><li>                 Friends it is worth a try .....  </li></ul>
  3. 3.   Aromatherapy    Start a nice incense stick in the room.  Try Vanilla, Sandal flavor for more results And Relax !!
  4. 4.   Relaxing Bath     Have a nice warm soap bubble bath.Takes just 5 minutes.
  5. 5.   Hear some Mozart   Keep your work  aside for 5 min & enjoy old classical music, may be Mozart or Indian classical will do. Rest is assured.
  6. 6.   Can you Paint?   Do not worry if you cannot , just draw what your mind feels like and see the effects.
  7. 7.   Ear Massage  Ask your friend or partner to massage your ears for moment or two and see the results.
  8. 8.   A Cup of Warm Tea   A cup of warm herbal tea might do the magic. Try Green tea or just Chai tea. Takes only few minutes to do its trick .
  9. 9.      Share a Joke !!   Laugh a little, after all Laughter is said to be the best Medicine. Share a joke with your friends, family or partner and enjoy those moments.
  10. 10. Go out for a nice Walk Walk around your office,may be in the lobby or in the mall. Walking is said to be very effective to forget the stress of your work. It can also rejuvenate  .
  11. 11. Massage   Have  a nice quick massage given by your own hand or your colleague. After all  its about touch and personal care.
  12. 12.   Play a Musical Instrument  You do not need to master the art of playing a instrument, as long as you can pull some chords, make some noise its all you need to de-stress.
  13. 13.           Punching Bag    It may be the  need of hour to give way to anger some times and punching bag or pillow remains the best option.  What do you say ?
  14. 14.        Deep Breathing Breathe in and out any where you are for a moment or two. Ancients called this Pranayama . Feel the freshness in couple of such deep breath.
  15. 15.   Enjoy Your Pets   Take your dog for a walk, or just play .See how you feel after those 5 minutes.
  16. 16.   Read a Little  Relax a little, stretch yourself on sofa or bed and take a nice book to read. Read for a while to de-stress.
  17. 17.   Head Massage     A nice head massage is said to increase the circulation to your brain. Then why do not you try one ..
  18. 18.   Family Time    Spend some time with your family may be that can give you a little boost to work hard.
  19. 19.   Stretch a Little   It's not  good to copy from animals , but stretching is worth some thing to copy. Try some quick stretch too boost both your mind and body.
  20. 20.   Write a Diary  Note some points of your mind in your diary. Let your emotions come out just for your fast friend your diary.
  21. 21.   Watch a Nice Comedy    Yah!! Why not be a kid for a moment or two and enjoy a 5 minute comedy or read some comics. Boost your mind in minutes
  22. 22.   Pray  Take A moment and just join your hand and bow in silence to pray.  May be a deep meditation in the unknown frontier.
