    2. 2. This hands-on series of workshops traverses the Leadership Building journey by arousing the pursuit of leadership, and teaching the foundational skills of Leadership. A series of thought provoking exercises and activities guides the learner in skill development and provides practical hands-on techniques you can use immediately. Each Leadership module/skill may be presented in a 2-hour, 4-hour, or 8-hour format. Modules may be mixed and matched according to your needs. Workshops may be customized for any environment, Ministries, Corporate, Education, Non-Profit, Private, or Government.

You are already a Leader. What direction are you leading people? </li></ul>
    5. 5. Attitude <ul><li>Leadership itself is not about a title or position, but it is an Attitude, a mindset, a way of acting, feeling, or thinking. </li></ul><ul><li>As a man thinketh, so is he. </li></ul>
    6. 6. Character and Integrity <ul><li>Don’t seek only to do things right, but seek to always do the right things. </li></ul><ul><li>Watch over your words. Say what you mean, mean what you say. Do what you say you are going to do. Your words should not return void. </li></ul>
