Time consuming test.</li></li></ul><li>Fixture for flexivity testing of MCCB Knobs<br /> Polarity Testing Setup <br />Working Principle<br /> Component is fixed from one side (as in case of breaker) & allowed to bend from another side so that load is applied vertically at extended part of Knob.<br />Here, the contact occurs between tool & component is line contact.<br />Hence, we have designed the fixture in such a way that, as the load is increasing, the plastic Knob tends to bend downwards proportionally & we can get the accurate values for<br />Load Vs Displacement.<br />
