  24. 24. CONCLUSIONThe simulation results show that the voltagesags can be mitigate by inserting D-STATCOM to thedistribution system. By adding LCL Passive filter to D-STATCOM, The power factors also increase close to unity.Thus, it can be concluded that by adding D-STATCOMwith LCL filter the power quality isimproved.
