Solved.
2. Cleveland, August 25, 2015: The flats East Bank project is a major renovation of an area on the east bank
of the Cuyahoga River that had long been abandoned. Used primarily as a shipping port and industrial
area for over a century, the area had remained dormant for the last decade due to environmental factors
3. and lack of development interest. That was until the Wolstein Group in partnership with Fairmount
Properties developed a 750 million dollar water front redevelopment plan which includes office space,
restaurants, hotel and fitness club.
As part of the environmental sustainability program, A-Z Solutions was contracted to design and install SSD
systems in the newly constructed buildings. Our project managers worked with the on-site construction
management team successfully design and install a system to depressurize over 250,000 square feet of
commercial and retail space. The system will ensure that indoor air quality in all of the buildings will remain
safe for years to come.
