3. 3.  Assessment – refers to the process of gathering, describing, or qualifying information about the students performance. Measurement – is a process of obtaining an numerical description of the degree to which an individual possesses a particular characteristics. This answers the question “How Much”
4. 4.  Evaluation – is the process of examining the performance of the student. Test – is an instrument or systematic procedure design that measures the quality, skill, ability or knowledge of the student by giving a set of question in a uniform manner. Testing – is a method used to measure the level of achievement or performance of the learners.
