  2. 2.  Resumes stored in multiple computers in shared / email folders so can’t do a universal search.  Low security – anyone can delete, forward, or share resumes.  Data loss – hard disk crash, virus, malware, infrequent data backups.  Missed candidates – unread, partially read, or not understood resumes.  No file versioning or file naming standards  Same resume could be in multiple folders or with multiple recruiters – which one do you pick?
