Role of Kanban:
1. Get profiles procured from sub-vendors
2. Screen the profiles
3. Inform Birlasoft about duplicate profiles
3. Act as SPOC between Birlasoft & sub-vendors
4. Handle escalations
5. Manage end-to-end admin, finance, and
accounts

Kanban will follow the following procedure for its Back-end alignment with Birlasoft
right from the generation of Purchase Order till its closure.

5. The Invoicing procedure demonstrated below shows the criteria to be followed after the joining of the sourced
Candidates either from Kanban or the sub-vendors under Kanban :
Candidate joined
Through Kanban
Invoice will be raised within 7 days of joining and
cleared by Birlasoft within 30 days of joining
Procure to Pay:
In case of any candidate resigning from office within
90 days of joining, Kanban will procure its
replacement under the same invoice and PO.
Through sub-vendor
Kanban will clear the sub-vendor payment within
15 days of receiving payment from Birlasoft.
Kanban will raise to Birlasoft, adding a mark-up of
5% on each profile.
Invoice will be raised within 7 days of joining and
cleared by Birlasoft within 30 days of joining.
6. Kanban Infosystem will also act as an RPO partner to Birlasoft at various junctures of the hiring. Kanban Infosystem
will take up this role during one or more conditions, a few of which are mentioned as below:
Birlasoft is planning to hire for select
niche skills that it wants to outsource
as a different department outside of
the main organization but as part of
its extended organization with

Birlasoft is planning to hire a select
candidate on a fixed term contract
and not on their payroll
