SAY l Students need guidance. l Students need to be motivated. l Students are ignorant. l Students are not the decision makers. l There is parental pressure to take up lucrative fields. l Working professionals do not like their jobs. l Working professionals are frustrated. l No connect between education & work.

THINK l Education system is not suitable. l Facilities & benefits provided to students are inadequate. l Need to revolutionise the education system.  l Students need exposure. l Students need practical components l  & not only theoretical components. l Parents have no right in deciding what discipline of  l study is good for their children.
  4. 4. DO l Try to change things by taking initaiatives. l Talk to people and spread right messages. l Interact with others and try to find a solution. l Motivate people to take the right way of doing things. l Try to make this world a better place.

  9. 9. INSIGHT had with Dhruva, it is apparent that the students are confused and take up disciplines of study based o ons available to them so they can choose a discipline based on their liking & on their aptitude.
