Tandoori Lamb Chops

  2. 2. Ingredients Required •1 onion, roughly chopped •3 garlic cloves, peeled •6cm fresh root ginger, peeled and roughly chopped •2 green chillies •½ tsp garam masala •1 tsp turmeric powder •2 tsp ground coriander For the marinade www.urbanrajah.com/how-to-make-Indian-curry/tandoori-chops

How to cook: •Blend all the ingredients for the marinade in a food processor. •In a bowl, combine the chops and the marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours, or overnight. •Heat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4. •Spread the marinade-smothered chops in a non-stick baking tin, cover with foil and cook for 30 minutes. www.urbanrajah.com/how-to-make-Indian-curry/tandoori-chops
