  • The operator console can be used by both novice and advanced users, designed for high visibility and to be quick to use features include: Notes about important customers such as who they normally deal with and who else might be able to help them, and notes about staff members such as who their assistant(s) are, when they are going to be back from extended leave or how they like their calls to be managed. Incoming calls can be identified by type, prioritised, and the relevant presence page automatically offered to the operator. Rich Presence gives the operator knowledge about staff’s availability and can be extended to other presence apps like Skype, MSN and Microsoft OCS.
