How does he/she coordinates with other members in the company? (100 words minimum). Who is the Chairperson of the company? Chairperson of our company is Kubota Masataka. How does he/she manages the business? First he advertises our company, and manage our business of money. And instract company's people. They work with his instruction. What are the different assignments that he/she takes care off? Our company have four people. Masataka Kubota is company's cahirperson. Ryo Kanno is a designer of robots. Manamu Abe is a manufacturer of robots. Keigo Anma is a sales manager. How does he/she coordinates with other members in the company? If our company leeway, we want to employ part-time job. If not we will not employ anyone. B. How would you help customers choose your product? Discuss different strategies that you would like to adopt. Discuss the quality of your products and why it is worth buying? (100 words for all parts combined) Our products are divided sweepingly into two groups. One is the robot which makes people's lives more useful, and another is the robot which rescues people when a disaster is happened. In the former case, robots can make many arduous works simpler. You will get them done at surprisingly-short times and be able to save much time. In the latter case, robots will work effectively under the situation that people cannot work well, and make a great contribution to saving people's lives. We must labor at our jobs so that we can maintain very high quality of our product.

How should the customer contact you if there are problems or questions about the product after it is sold? (100 words for all parts combined) Our company make robot ourselves. but few of parts is commission like screw. Almost of all will be make ourselves. Is there a warranty for the products? Yes there are. our machine is make individually so warranty can get. How should the customer contact you if there are problems or questions about the product after it is sold? If our product have any plobrems, we soon reseach the problem. So please call our company to fix the robot. If our cause of problem, we fix free. E. Is there any installment plan for the products you sell? Is cash / cheque / credit cards acceptable? If a customer has financial difficulties, how could you help him/her buy your products? (100 words for all parts combined) Some of our products are very expensive. This fact makes it difficult for customer to buy the product by noninstallment, so an installment plan is available, of course. When customer buys our product by installment plan, the decision of the number of payment is up to him. If he has financial difficulties, he can make up to 36 payments. Credit cards are acceptable, but there is a problem. As previously mentioned, some of our products are very expensive, so perhaps, they will exceed the maximum limitation of your credit card. For this reason, installment plan in cash is suggested.

(100 words for all parts combined) First person give advice to customer on the telephone and make judgment what happened with our product. Next, if it need to be repaired, the second person go to customer's house or office to recall it. And in case the cause of trouble is all our fault, of course, third person repair it for free. When third person finish repairing, Fourth deliver it directly to customer. Also, we set one-week trial period for customer. Customers can judge calmly whether you really want the product or not.
