In 2007, six Taiwanese NGOs have set up the union in response to crisis of "Matsu's Fish", which is also known as Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin. We're trying to raising public consciousness of conservation of these critically endangered dolphins through government monitoring, education, and international exchange.
