Extra Attention - Reasons<br />When asked why Product Manager chose that one person he said:<br />This person is passionate about his work<br />His experience in the technologies that we need is proven<br />He is a problem-solver<br />He has demonstrated good working and writing skills<br />Product manager got only the resumes…<br />How was he so sure about his verdict?<br />How could the say that the person prove all the things mentioned by Product Manager?<br />Was the product manager biased?<br />

  9. 9. Evidence of technical writing<br />He had contributed tutorials for an open source tool<br />The writing was clear and to the point<br />The history of that wiki page showed this person’s name <br />
  10. 10. Evidence of logical thinking<br />He has added many presentations to Slideshare.com<br />The presentation was about testing methods<br />The points were original and interesting<br />This reflects his passion.<br />

What about others?<br />Were they not good?<br />They may also be very good, but this person has already proved it<br />Can’t this be fake and purposefully created?<br />The internet pages were spanning 5 years back. People cannot make up or pretend for so long.<br />But you agree that others may also be good!<br />Yes, but we are dealing with internet, browsers and technology, and this person has used it with passion.
