  4. 4. Effective Teaching & Learning Practices <ul><li>Focus is on getting all students technologically proficient by the end of eighth grade </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Digital Concepts Course </li></ul></ul>

Educator Proficiency <ul><li>Provide ongoing dedicated time for vertical and horizontal planning meetings to work on technology integration and curriculum work </li></ul><ul><li>Provide basic literacy courses for teachers who still need this </li></ul><ul><li>Identified what teachers need to know and be able to do </li></ul><ul><li>Time during Summer Academy, District Inservice time, voluntary offerings before and after school, Informal/coaching mentoring embedded in school day or regularly scheduled meetings </li></ul>
