Compensation• How to ask – Use your diplomacy skills, the very skills that you use when you judge – First prove your self worthy, and gain his trust – Bring into his attention the global level of compensation – Compensation is not only about boosters or money, single cards or travel expenses could kick in – Consult with your Regional Coordinator

Penalty Overrule• How to avoid it – Gain trust, by proving yourself – Be proactive, explain the cases that might hurt, before apply penalty or remedy – Don’t deviate from IPG• How to deal with it – Talk with the T.O. in private – Show him the IPG and explain why we apply this penalty – Use customer related terms
