                   860 DSP & 860 DSPi Modes and Options

This Application Note will describe the available models and various modes both standard and optional
that are available for the 860 DSP and 860 DSPi Multifunction Cable Analyzers.

860 DSP & 860 DSPi Base Models
Trilithic offers the following base 860 DSP and 860 DSPi configurations;
    •      860 DSP (P/N 201097001F)
    •      860 DSPi with US DOCSIS 3.0 Modem (P/N 201097200U)
    •      860 DSPi with EURO DOCSIS 3.0 Modem (P/N 201097210U)

860 DSP & 860 DSPi Operation Modes
Each mode of the 860 DSP and 860 DSPi can be accessed by selecting the corresponding icon as
shown in the following table. Some modes may be inaccessible based on the options that have been
installed on the instrument. Optional modes for the 860 DSP and 860 DSPi are indicated by an option
code that is described in detail in the Software & Hardware Options for the 860 DSP & 860 DSPi table in
the following section.

                                                                                        860 DSP     860 DSPi
